House rules & Rental conditions
BASIC House Rules
1. Please treat all materials in our accommodation with care and if anything is broken, please report it.
2. Do not waste water or energy (do not run the heating unnecessarily or leave the water running for extended periods). Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the accommodation!
3. Do not change the channel settings for TVs or other devices. If you have any questions, please contact TiLLEY France.
4. Be careful with barbecues: never light them in strong winds. Always extinguish the fire with water afterward to prevent embers from flying into the environment (fire hazard is extremely important in our region).
5. Important!!! Toilet: use only toilet paper (septic tank).

1. Park your car in the designated parking space.
2. Do not allow small children to play unsupervised.
MAISON TILLEY - Baillestavy
1. Be careful with the fireplace: always extinguish it before leaving.
2. Always close windows properly when leaving the house.
3. Do not change any settings such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Smart TV, internet, etc.
PRICES
Rates are variable and may fluctuate during the season. TiLLEY France cannot be held liable for any price difference between two stays booked for the same period. The rates listed on the website are in euros, inclusive of VAT, based on the percentage applicable on the date the deposit is collected and for the full amount. Any change or adjustment to the percentages, as well as any fluctuation in taxes applicable to the stay on the billing date, may be reflected in the price of the stay. Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax collected on behalf of the municipality and payable on behalf of the municipality is not included in our rates. The amount is determined per person and per day, varies depending on the destination, and may change annually.
OFFERS
Offers are subject to certain conditions and availability. Furthermore, discounts or offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. During these periods, customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who paid the higher price will never receive a refund for the difference between their paid price and the discounted price.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Customers can book online or by phone, subject to availability of the accommodations and services offered on the website www.tilleyfrance.fr. A deposit is required for each reservation, depending on the selected rate and the booking date. This deposit varies between 50% and 100% of the total amount of the stay. Please note: for stays of 1 or 2 nights, the deposit required is 100% of the total amount of the stay. Regardless of your booking method, your reservation will only be valid after TiLLEY France has sent you a written email confirmation and collected your deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days before arrival for a 50% refund of the total rental amount, and up to 30 days before arrival for a 25% refund of the total rental amount. Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will not be refunded. ***Please note that a 5% transaction fee will always be charged for cancellations or refunds. We recommend that every renter take out travel insurance; it's usually quite affordable, giving you peace of mind should anything unexpected happen!
Deposit
For every reservation of at least 7 days, we require a €300 deposit. This deposit must be transferred to our account 30 days before arrival. You can also choose to pay the deposit upon arrival by check (only for renters from France).
COVID-19
Those who have to cancel due to border closures due to COVID-19 may reschedule their reservation to a later date (maximum 1 year later). The price paid will remain the same and will automatically be offset against any reservations transferred to a different season. (This can be done using a one-time code on our website)
PAYMENT
You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal (+3% transaction fee) or by sending a check.
